Job Title: Experienced Medical Receptionist

Job Overview:

The Doctors Quaymed Britomart is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their team on a fixed-term contract of four months starting in April. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Company Overview:

The Doctors Quaymed Britomart is a welcoming multicultural team dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to both residents and visitors in Auckland. The clinic has two General Practice clinics in Britomart and Wynyard with a team of eight doctors and six nurses.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly and professional first impression
• Support the administration team with efficient communication and patient data management
• Schedule appointments, invoice patients, and process payments using MedTech Evolution
• Answer patient phone and email queries
• Liaise with the clinical team and assist with document management
• Facilitate patient enrolments

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and MedTech Evolution preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Quick learner with strong time management and multitasking abilities

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
