Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team at the Waiata Shores site in Takanini, Auckland. This role requires working 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, from 10 am till 2:00 pm. As the face of our organization, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous medical receptionist experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with patients with care, compassion, and empathy
• Detailed understanding of medical imaging terminology
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
• EFTPOS and cash handling skills
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
