Job Description

As a Clinical Product Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the National Clinical Product Management service. This includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, evaluating and introducing medical devices for use in NZ hospital districts, and managing supply chain risks. Your role will involve ensuring timely and relevant information is available to all parties involved.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of supporting high-performing teams in executing critical tasks. Your proficiency in desktop applications, administrative tools, and online survey management will be essential. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, and excellent attention to detail are also required. You should be comfortable working independently and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting high-performing teams, preferably in a health-related setting
  • Knowledge and experience in logistics and supply chain
  • Proficiency in workflow management tools, online survey tools, and intranet sites
  • Strong skills in desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Secondary school NCEA and relevant certificates/diplomas in administration
