Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase Order processes to ensure smooth procurement
• Coordinate logistics from suppliers to distribution centers
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Product team on product development
• Oversee non-stock items sourcing, focusing on sustainability and cost-effectiveness
• Handle supplier payments for non-apparel items
• Support the Product team with administrative tasks

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Supply chain knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookups
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mindset and logical thinking
• Self-motivated with good time management
