Job responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of customer enquiries and complaints regarding meter data
• Ensure integrity of meter and standing data is maintained
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve delivery issues
• Provide feedback on performance enhancements to meter data operational processes
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and requests
• Contribute to stakeholder and market service levels
• Assist with testing of end-to-end metering systems
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment

Qualifications

• Experience in energy data processing, billing, switching, or settlement advantageous
• Minimum 1 year of relatable experience or a graduate in the field of data

Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of and experience in using Python, SQL, and R advantageous
• Enthusiasm and positive team spirit
• Passion for customer service excellence
