The Role

The company is seeking a skilled and motivated Contracts Manager to join their team. The role involves overseeing project managers, ensuring timely and within budget project completion, and managing health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in contract management and health and safety, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project managers, from job allocation to handover, addressing design and consent issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by developing strategies for on-site challenges and delays.
• Conduct regular on-site visits and meetings for progress monitoring.
• Manage monthly payment claims and support project managers in analyzing variations and negotiating with contractors.
• Manage health and safety records, conduct safety inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations.

About You

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in contracts management and health and safety, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
