Your Role as an Operations Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Analyst to join our close-knit team and contribute to our positive culture. In this role, you will be responsible for various compliance operations functions, including share transfer reviews, CRS & FATCA compliance, customer due diligence, and other operational tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and processing share transfer applications
• Conducting due diligence checks on client accounts
• CRS & FATCA compliance, record management, and reporting
• Policy and procedure maintenance
• Assisting the team in meeting operational compliance obligations

Skills and Experience Required

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

• Experience in a financial services environment
• Knowledge of capital markets and securities trading
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Fluency in Chinese is a plus
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand with a valid working visa
