To excel in this role, you will need: - Experience in facilities management, operations, or trade services - Proficiency with work management systems - Strong customer service and communication skills - Analytical and problem-solving abilities - Solution-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement - Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Knowledge of ERP, CAFM, or IMMS platforms for scheduling
