About the Role
As the Operations Support Coordinator (OSC), you will play a key role in coordinating the operations inputs and outputs of major projects overseen by the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This high-trust position requires exceptional project management skills, extensive knowledge of systems development, and a proactive approach to innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Project and Activities Support: Reporting on project progress, collaborating with service managers and external suppliers, and maintaining project support.
- Operations and PA Support: Providing essential operational and personal assistant support to the COO.
- Advisory: Offering valuable information and advice on relevant developments, risks, and technological advances.
- Health and Safety: Upholding personal health and safety integrity.
- Quality Assurance: Processing Service Improvement Forms (SIF) and ensuring thorough reporting.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced project leader with sound technical systems knowledge, an understanding of project cross-functional interactions, and the ability to deliver value for clients and the organization. Other qualifications include:
- High integrity, honesty, and diligence
- Understanding and appreciation of Pacific cultures, mores, and protocols
- Proven project design and management experience
- Strong administration and recordkeeping skills
- Clear and accurate reporting in written and verbal form
- Full New Zealand work rights, driver's license, and clear Police Vetting record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
