Our client is in need of a skilled Payroll Officer to join their team on a 3-month contract basis. If you have experience in payroll and are looking for a new opportunity, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and manage payroll for employees while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Handle payroll queries and efficiently resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports and maintain records.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll integration.
• Provide guidance and support to the team on various payroll matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Contract Details

• Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension).
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Salary between $40-50 per hour.
