About the Role

The People and Culture Partner position within the organisation is crucial in delivering operational and strategic HR support. Working closely with the People and Culture Manager, the role involves implementing best practice people initiatives, maximizing productivity, and fostering positive long-term relationships to enhance overall strategic and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expertise, support, and guidance on People and Culture matters
  • Championing People and Culture practices and programs
  • Leading People and Culture activities such as remuneration reviews and employee surveys
  • Aligning people leaders with People and Culture initiatives
  • Building effective work relationships and recommending improvements

Requirements

To be considered for this HR role, candidates should have:

  • A relevant HR Tertiary qualification
  • Five years of broad HR generalist skills
  • Experience in employment relations, recruitment, and people and culture partnering
  • High emotional intelligence and a compassionate style
