The Assignment

In this partnership assignment, a VSA volunteer will work with SIPPA to enhance their organisational development capacity. The volunteer will collaborate with senior management to improve internal systems, increase efficiencies, and support staff development. This assignment aims to strengthen SIPPA's human resources structure and overall organizational effectiveness.

The Volunteer

Are you ready to make a difference and step outside your comfort zone? VSA is seeking a volunteer with experience in organisational change, human resource management, and business administration. Fluency in English and prior experience in organisational development are essential. Desirable skills include proposal/project design, monitoring and evaluation experience, and governance background.
