Responsibilities and Requirements

As a People & Capability Advisor at Dempsey Wood, you will be responsible for managing employment relations matters, supporting capability development, recognition, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years of experience in managing ER matters, a strong understanding of employment legislation, great communication skills, attention to detail, and a sense of humor. While experience in the construction industry is a bonus, it is not a must-have.
