HR Advisor Position at Counties Manukau District

This position is a Core Children's worker under the Children's Act & requires full safety checks completed before any new employee starts

Are you a people person with great communication skills? Counties Manukau District, one of Auckland’s largest employers, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the diverse team at Middlemore Hospital on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Managing HR needs across all functions
• Guiding line managers in employee life cycle processes
• Handling complex employment relations, disciplinary, and performance management
• Providing practical solutions to problems

Requirements:

• Experience in HR generalist roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
