People & Culture Advisor Full-time Job

Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive support and guidance to managers on P&C activities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, reporting, WHS, remuneration, ER, L&D, and OD projects
• Assist in HR administration, coordination, and generalist activities
• Coach and guide managers through ER processes
• Facilitate training and workshops

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR and ER Advisory experience
• Knowledge of NZ employment law (global exposure is a plus)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Growth mindset and proactive approach to personal development
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred
