About Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics Planning & Execution: Coordinate the daily dispatch of human resources to clients' projects, ensuring suitability and safety.
  • Strategy, Planning, and Reporting: Assist in forecasting labour requirements, prioritizing client needs, and producing long-lasting solutions through data analysis.
  • Leadership & Management: Model business values, manage client and workforce relationships, and oversee direct reports.
  • Counter, Transport, and Stock Management: Handle PPE issuance, vehicle fleet maintenance, tool management, and supplier relationships.

Key Skills

  • Proven leadership, planning, and coordination experience
  • Basic understanding of Construction and similar sectors
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and willingness to adapt to new technologies
  • Proficiency in CRM and record-keeping
  • Strong communication and soft skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and start early
