Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Planning & Execution: Coordinate the daily dispatch of human resources to clients' projects, ensuring suitability and safety.
- Strategy, Planning, and Reporting: Assist in forecasting labour requirements, prioritizing client needs, and producing long-lasting solutions through data analysis.
- Leadership & Management: Model business values, manage client and workforce relationships, and oversee direct reports.
- Counter, Transport, and Stock Management: Handle PPE issuance, vehicle fleet maintenance, tool management, and supplier relationships.
Key Skills
- Proven leadership, planning, and coordination experience
- Basic understanding of Construction and similar sectors
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and willingness to adapt to new technologies
- Proficiency in CRM and record-keeping
- Strong communication and soft skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and start early
