Operations Manager Full-time Job

Are you a highly organized and proven leader in the field of Facility Management looking to take the next step in your career? BGIS, a global leader in facility management, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their expanding team in Auckland, New Zealand.

Role Details

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of assets in the PetroChem industry, including HVAC systems, building maintenance, and fuel dispensers. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will lead a team of six individuals, providing support, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure the success of the overall operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6 direct reports, including Facility Managers, compliance administrators, and coordinators.
• Support the Account Manager in implementing strategic objectives.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Skills and Experience

• A proven track record in leadership roles.
• A background in Facility Management.
• The ability to self-manage and self-direct.
