The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of commercial projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading projects with minimal oversight, delivering high-quality work and advice
• Managing project delivery and oversight within senior teams
• Providing formal mentorship and active training to colleagues
• Representing the company at meetings throughout the project cycle
• Building relationships within the project team and the wider industry

The Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

• At least 5 years of consultancy-based experience in the industry
• Excellent practical understanding of the quantity surveying profession
• Ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing projects
• Capability to mentor and provide technical advice to team members
• Thorough understanding of cost planning, historical analysis, and procurement
