What Will Your Role Entail?

As a People Systems Partner, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of People system implementations and upgrades. Your collaboration with various teams within the organization will ensure a smooth and customer-focused experience for all users. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Championing People Systems and promoting their use across the organization
• Providing technical support and training to users
• Analyzing, designing, and automating processes
• Leading project implementations and integrations
• Maintaining system integrity, security, and audit requirements

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a high-energy and innovative individual with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience with HR systems and/or new technology implementation
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Curiosity and problem-solving prowess
• Excellent collaboration and influencing abilities
• Ability to be pragmatic, roll up your sleeves, and get things done!
