Job Responsibilities

As the Senior HR Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions from end to end in a complex environment. Your duties will include managing recruitment, onboarding, performance and remuneration reviews, employee status changes, offboarding, payroll data recording, and ensuring compliance with HR processes in both New Zealand and Australia.

Key Requirements

- In-depth knowledge of New Zealand HR legislation - Ability to handle simple to complex employment relations matters - Experience in change management and organizational processes - Strong communication and coaching skills - Proficiency in HR policy development and implementation
