About Our Team

Join the Technology Operations team at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand. You will be part of a team dedicated to maintaining a high standard of support, supporting platform improvements, and transitioning to the cloud.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will work across multiple teams to resolve Major Incidents and Problems. You will play a crucial role in championing and improving our ‘Major Incident and Problem Management’ processes. This permanent full-time role based in Penrose offers a salary ranging from $88K to $132K, depending on experience.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Essential qualifications include an applicable Tertiary or Professional qualification in Information Systems or Business Management and a high level of understanding and experience with ITIL V3 framework.
  • Preferred qualifications include a degree and/or significant experience in Health Information Management and evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Essential experience includes 2-4 years+ team management experience and 4-6 years+ experience in operational environments.
  • Preferred experience includes formal ITIL qualification and 2-5 years+ experience in managing health information systems.
