About the Role

You will work alongside experienced Nurses, GP's, and Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality clinical care to patients. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with patients to promote health education, coordinating patient care, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to enhance health education
• Coordinate patient care effectively
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Communicate clearly within the team and patient records

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate must hold a current Annual Practicing Certificate from the Nursing Council of NZ and have at least 1 year of Practice Nursing experience in New Zealand. In addition, they should possess a Current Authorised Vaccinators Certificate, be compassionate, competent in chronic disease and wound care management, skilled in plastering and castings, and committed to continuous quality improvement.
