Job Description

We are looking for a talented insurance or disputes lawyer with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of privacy and information law, with specific experience in preparing indemnity advice. Candidates with a disputes, insurance, or regulatory background, as well as those interested in technology and the intersection between law, privacy, and cybercrime, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Advising organizations and insurers on cyber and data incident response
• Handling privacy and data protection disputes and issues
• Providing advice on technology liability disputes
• Presenting to clients and industry bodies
• Contributing to publications and articles
