Job responsibilities:

- **Project Coordination:** Support the mobilisation and execution phases of the project, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. - **Document Control & Compliance:** Oversee official document submissions, maintain version control, and ensure adherence to project and regulatory standards. - **Stakeholder & Supplier Management:** Act as a key point of contact, managing information flow between suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-making. - **Reporting & Risk Management:** Prepare detailed client reports, track project progress, and maintain the Risk and Opportunity Register, highlighting key risks and mitigation strategies. - **Meeting Coordination:** Organise high-level client and internal meetings, document discussions and action items, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed. - **Systems & Process Improvement:** Support the development and implementation of project systems, including subcontractor portals and digital work order processes, to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in project administration, ideally within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or commercial projects. - Strong knowledge of document control processes, compliance requirements, and stakeholder management. - Experience with risk management, project reporting, and compliance tracking.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage supplier-to-supplier relationships. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems, and project scheduling tools. - A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
