Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in interior construction projects - Strong project management skills - Ability to mentor junior staff - Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Skills:

- Exceptional estimating and procurement skills - Proficient in subcontractor management - Strong analytical and pricing abilities - Previous experience in high-spec construction projects
