Job Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A tertiary qualification in a property-related field or relevant professional experience in the construction sector - Membership in a relevant professional body with a commitment to ongoing learning - Strong organization, planning, and administrative skills - Excellent relationship-building abilities with a strong customer focus - Experience in property/construction coordination or a related field - Understanding of NZ Building Code requirements and construction/property contract knowledge - Familiarity with Ministry of Education building design standards and guidelines - Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel and Word - Alignment with the values and ethos of the Roman Catholic Church
