They are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager with 5-8 years of relevant New Zealand-based experience to join their team in Auckland. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project delivery, engaging with clients, and working in collaboration with a small team led by a Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience in the vertical build environment, managing projects from design to procurement and contract management phases. Key responsibilities include managing project requirements, addressing risks and issues, planning for project success, and maintaining strong client relationships. Clear communication skills, knowledge of NZS3910/3916 contracts, and the ability to manage concurrent projects and deadlines are essential.

Qualifications and Benefits
