Key Qualifications and Experience Needed

  • Proven 10+ years’ experience as a Site Manager, particularly in hotel development
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
  • Skill in interpreting drawings and architectural plans
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Good administrative and business skills, including use of construction-related software
