This consultancy has a strong reputation for delivering high-profile commercial construction projects across various sectors, including public and private. With a project portfolio ranging from $20-50M+, they are currently working on refurbishments and greenfield developments in both vertical and horizontal construction spaces.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of work, focusing on the delivery of major projects. Your duties will include dealing with clients, managing consultants, program and financial management, contract and design management, and procurement. This role offers excellent support from senior team members and is ideal for a Junior PM looking to step up or an experienced Project Manager seeking larger projects.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager or Junior Project Manager in a construction consultancy
• Ability to understand specifications, drawings, and formulate work programs
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
