Responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in a diverse range of traditional and non-traditional quantity surveying tasks, from project inception to completion and operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with clients, architects, and main contractors
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Cost checking of developing design
• Value engineering
• Tender evaluations and analysis
• Contract negotiations
• Procurement
• Cost reporting
• Claims preparation, presentation, negotiation, and settlement

Location and Compensation
