Job Overview
As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing commercial fit-out projects from start to finish. You will work closely with a dynamic team of architects and designers to deliver cutting-edge projects for a diverse range of clients. From ensuring project quality to maintaining timelines and budgets, you will be at the heart of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project management services for commercial fit-out projects
- Collaborate with in-house architects and designers to deliver creative projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Key Requirements
- Prior experience as a Project Manager in fit-out projects within New Zealand
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
