About the Role

In this exciting new role at Taikura Trust, you will be spearheading the development of the project management office. Your primary focus will be to ensure the implementation of a robust project management methodology across the organization. You will be responsible for prioritizing, monitoring, delivering, and evaluating all projects to best serve the needs of clients and the community. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a framework for the PMO with consistent documentation and structure
  • Implement and manage a structured project portfolio tool
  • Lead individual projects and provide coaching and support to project teams
  • Gather requirements and assist in developing business cases for proposed projects

About You

If you have excellent communication skills, experience with project management methodologies, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, this role is for you. Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel, and a relevant tertiary qualification are required for this position.
