Construction Planner and Programmer Full-time Job

Responsibilities

As the Construction Planner at NZ Strong, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of planning and programming construction works. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing pre-planning methodologies and programmes for tenders, ECI's, and live projects
• Creating, maintaining, and reviewing project programmes of works
• Providing assistance for monitoring progress and tracking project milestones
• Liaising with the project team and head office
• Compiling and delivering EOT claims

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of Construction Planning experience
• Proven building experience and knowledge
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Great multi-tasking and time management abilities
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Project
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Open and honest communication skills
• Quality-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
