Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
• Analyze project plans and contracts to provide valuable insights and cost-saving opportunities
• Offer expertise in cost management, procurement, and financial forecasting
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs, well-organized cost estimations, and budget assessments

Skill Set

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator
• Proficient in cost estimation software
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of the Construction Contracts Act
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
