About the Company

We are a Community Law Centre with offices in Otara and Papakura. Our dedicated team of lawyers provides free legal services to individuals with unmet legal needs in the Greater South Auckland area. We are committed to offering access to justice and are currently looking for a motivated Administrator/Receptionist to oversee daily operations at our Papakura office.

About the Role

This position presents a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team. As part of the Admin team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive range of legal administrative services. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing reception duties, welcoming clients, database maintenance, banking tasks, and handling general correspondence. This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

About You

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and self-management abilities
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Prior experience in administration is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be eligible to work in New Zealand and possess a valid Restricted or Full driver’s license
