Are you passionate about engaging with the Māori community and contributing to initiatives that make a difference? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our inclusive and diverse culture at Te Tari Mātauranga Māori (Māori Education Office) in South Auckland.
About the Role
As a dynamic administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Kaiako and academic teams in delivering online programs, managing resources, and engaging with ākonga (students) to ensure their success. Your responsibilities will include reporting, invoicing, and providing administrative support to our busy marae team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide learning support to Kaiako and academic teams
- Assist with online program delivery and resource distribution
- Follow up with ākonga regarding enrollment and registration
- Manage the Te Reo and Cultural Competency email inbox
- Support marae events, bookings, and maintenance
What We Are Looking For
If you are self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have strong administration skills, you could be the ideal candidate for this role. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, well-organized, and has a friendly approach to working with diverse cultures and backgrounds. Proficiency in te reo Māori and a Full New Zealand Driver's License are also desirable.
