About the Role

As a Recruitment Champ at CMOS, you will play a crucial role in finding experienced and exceptional cleaners for our Auckland operations. You will also oversee the recruitment of office staff and manage a Recruitment Specialist in Wellington. Your ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds will be essential in delivering a positive candidate experience within the commercial cleaning industry.

Role Responsibilities

- Recruitment and selection of new employees, including overseas recruitment when needed - Onboarding new employees and scheduling health and safety training - Conducting wellness phone calls to support cleaner retention - Recruitment administration and coordination - Implementing a proactive recruitment approach for frontline staff - Ensuring compliance with end-to-end recruitment processes - Leading and managing the Recruitment Coordinator in Wellington - Assisting with recruitment for the Sydney office when necessary
