Talent Required

To be a strong candidate for this role, you should ideally possess:

• A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• Experience as an HR Coordinator or Advisor
• Good knowledge of New Zealand legislation and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A people-centric approach and ability to collaborate effectively
