The Role of Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager at Kelly Group NZ, you will play a vital role in supporting and expanding our network of programmes across New Zealand. You will lead by example, inspire teams, and ensure that our programmes maintain the highest standards of quality and care. This full-time position based in North Auckland will also involve travel within New Zealand to motivate staff and collaborate with various stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children. You should have experience in the childcare or education sector, be tech-savvy, and possess the ability to train and motivate staff effectively. A can-do attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to go the extra mile are essential qualities we are looking for in our Regional Manager.
