The Opportunity

As a Release Manager, you will play a crucial role in accelerating release cycles and shaping the future of digital experiences for customers. You will work on loyalty apps, web platforms, and ecommerce solutions, making a real impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to daily release cycles and educate stakeholders on agile release practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional ARTs to develop and execute release roadmaps for timely delivery of features.
• Establish robust release management processes to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
• Act as a bridge between development, QA, operations, and business teams to drive collaboration and resolve blockers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Release Management within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
• Expertise in app and web release management, specifically with technologies like React/JAM stack, .Net/SiteCore, IOS, and Android.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
