About the Role

As the lead Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative solutions to meet customer tech requirements. This autonomous role will require you to take ownership of and resolve issues efficiently. You will also provide remote and on-site support, including handling out-of-hours requests. In addition, you will play a key role in designing and implementing client projects.

Key Requirements

• Strong technical support skills across Level 1, 2 & 3
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 management, configuration, and resolution
• Basic PowerShell scripting experience
• Experience in both MSP and internal IT environments
• Knowledge of end-user device hardware
• Ability to prioritize tasks and tickets independently
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
