Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Research Fellow to focus on the economics of local electricity markets within our Energy Centre. This role involves developing game-theoretic models and demand response mechanisms to enhance trading relationships among electricity consumers. The successful candidate will contribute to a large-scale research project titled “Economics of a Community of Interactive Business and Energy Digital Twins.”

Qualifications and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in economics and possess advanced knowledge of applied economic theory, game-theoretic models, and econometric techniques. Key responsibilities include data collection, survey design, market analysis, and modeling of peer-to-peer trading relationships.

Location and Compensation
