- **Wine Selection and Service:** Show off your expertise by curating a top-tier wine list, focusing on French wines, and ensuring impeccable service standards. - **Customer Experience:** Engage with patrons, manage reservations, and guarantee a memorable dining experience for every guest. - **Team Leadership:** Motivate the restaurant team to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. - **Inventory Management:** Order supplies, monitor stock levels, and minimize waste for cost-effectiveness. - **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and company policies.

Qualifications

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in high-end establishments with a focus on French wines. - **Knowledge:** Extensive understanding of French wines and service techniques. - **Skills:** Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and team management skills. - **Technical:** Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software. - **Availability:** Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
