Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight and management of the Risk, Compliance, and Conduct function
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Lead risk management, compliance, and conduct initiatives
  • Develop high-quality risk and compliance professionals
  • Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes that may impact the business
  • Champion the voice of the customer and ensure ethical conduct at all times

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in risk management, compliance, and quality assurance
  • Strong background in enterprise governance and enterprise risk management
  • Experience in the financial services industry and working with regulators
  • Knowledge of risk management strategies and frameworks
  • Understanding of general insurance industry practices
