Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and management of the Risk, Compliance, and Conduct function
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Lead risk management, compliance, and conduct initiatives
- Develop high-quality risk and compliance professionals
- Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes that may impact the business
- Champion the voice of the customer and ensure ethical conduct at all times
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in risk management, compliance, and quality assurance
- Strong background in enterprise governance and enterprise risk management
- Experience in the financial services industry and working with regulators
- Knowledge of risk management strategies and frameworks
- Understanding of general insurance industry practices
