Sales and Account Consultant Full-time Job

About the Role

Are you looking to join a dynamic team and make a difference in first aid training and products? The Sales and Account Consultant position at New Zealand Red Cross in Auckland offers you the opportunity to manage commercial accounts, drive sales growth, and promote workplace safety. You will be responsible for the Central and South Auckland territories, reporting to the National Manager Business Development First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and market share through negotiation and customer education
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Plan and execute visits to existing and potential customers
• Advise clients on product usage and health & safety aspects
• Monitor sales progression and implement strategies for account development
• Complete sales reports and assist in planning
• Collaborate with the team to understand product portfolio
• Attend national events and trade shows on behalf of New Zealand Red Cross

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or account management
• Background in healthcare, medical devices, or safety equipment is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and time management skills
