Job requirements

- Energetic and self-driven personality - Excellence in sales, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to build strong relationships and networks - Good knowledge of the Food industry with a passion for food - Full clean driver's license - Eligibility to work in NZ

Job responsibilities

- Manage and grow existing customers’ sales - Identify and manage new accounts in Food Service channels - Develop long-term sustainable relationships - Implement company-approved sales strategies and plans - Support new product launches - Deal with customer inquiries - Initiate new sales contacts - Liaise with production manager and senior bakers - Ensure financial targets are achieved - Submit weekly reports - Attend monthly sales meetings

Qualifications

- Working Visa or NZ Citizen

Skills

- Excellent communication - Good time management - Confidence in dealing with customers face-to-face - Ability to work under pressure - Multitasking capabilities - Willingness to follow procedures and seek help when needed
