Job Summary:

Are you an experienced Sales Manager in the Pharmaceutical sector looking for a new opportunity in New Zealand? Pharmaco is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and coach a team of Pharmaceutical Territory Managers to drive revenue growth, margin, and market share in the NZ market. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building key relationships, and fostering a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in-field sales strategy planning and execution
  • Create and report on sales performance, forecasting, and key account plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and suppliers
  • Provide exceptional leadership and coaching to the sales team
  • Identify business development opportunities and drive sales strategies

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Pharmaceutical sector in New Zealand
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales plans
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in technology and CRM systems
  • Ability to travel within New Zealand and overseas if required
  • New Zealand residency or valid work visa
