About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive international sales growth through wholesale channels. The role involves fostering existing relationships, identifying new opportunities for expansion, collaborating with the Wholesale Manager and Head of Sales, and working in a supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow Nature Baby wholesale accounts
- Build strong partnership-style relationships with key accounts
- Implement marketing activities and analyze market strategies
- Ensure customers understand the brand and unique selling propositions
- Collaborate with Brand and Digital teams on marketing materials
- Manage wholesale stock levels, ordering process, and customer service
- Complete administrative tasks to support the Wholesale department
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and export roles
- Background in wholesaling apparel to department stores and retailers
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Advanced computer skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Values alignment with Nature Baby's purpose
