Position Details

• Position: Security Training Officer
• Location: Auckland City Hospital, Grafton
• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities

The Security Training Officer will be responsible for identifying training needs within the security department, updating training materials, and developing a comprehensive training program aligned with NZQA L4/5 standards. Additionally, the role includes leading the security services' response to various events and incidents, both during and outside normal business hours.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Security Training experience
• Background in customer service delivery development
• Experience as an Adult Educator Trainer or NZQA Trainer and Assessor
• NZ Certificate in Security - Level 4 or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations or team leadership
