Introduction

Are you a finance professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the food and beverage industry? A longstanding family-owned organization in Auckland CBD is seeking a dedicated individual to take on a diverse role with a range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing AP and AR invoices and credit control
  • Completing finance functions like Bank Reconciliations, cash management, and debtors and creditors
  • Managing payroll processing for 40+ staff
  • Conducting cost analysis
  • Preparing management reports and budgets
  • Driving continuous process improvement initiatives

About You

If you have a background in bookkeeping or have experience in sole-charge Accounts positions, this role might be perfect for you. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a varied Accounts Administration role, strong computer skills, and excellent communication abilities.
